Andrea M. Rinn, D.O.
Medical Director
Diplomat- American Academy of Sleep Medicine
Dr. Andrea M. Rinn received her D.O. from Des Moines University School of Osteopathy in Des Moines, Iowa. She completed her residency in Neurology and internship in Internal Medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine at Bowman Gray Campus in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, along with a fellowship in Neurophysiology with a focus in Sleep. She is boarded in Neurology and Sleep Medicine and a member of the American Neurological Association and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
She has published and presented in sleep medicine on various topics: Medical Complications of Sleep Disorders; Outcome of Patients with Sleep Complaints and Normal Polysomnograms; REM Sleep Behavior Disorder and Sleep Deprivation and Driving. Dr. Rinn was a former partner with Northeast Neurology and practiced sleep medicine at Northeast Medical Center in Concord, North Carolina.
Dr. Rinn welcomes patients ages 2years and older who are suffering from sleep problems. She is currently treating patients at our offices located in Charlotte, Concord and Huntersville.

Sherri L. Ten Pas, D.O.
Diplomat-American Academy of Sleep Medicine
Dr. Sherri Ten Pas received her D.O. from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Services at Des Moines, Iowa. She completed her residency in Neurology at Grandview Hospital and Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. After this she completed a one year fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Grandview/Kettering Medical Center also in Dayton, Ohio. She is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, a member of American Academy of Neurology, American College of Osteopathic Neurologists and Psychiatrists, and American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Ten Pas is a sought-after speaker, and regularly lectures two to four times a month at various organizations on areas of her neurological and sleep medical expertise.
Dr. Ten Pas welcomes new patients aged 13 and older who are suffering from sleep problems. She is currently treating patients in our Monroe and Albemarle office locations.

Daniel On-Fai Lee, M.D.
Medical Director, Fayetteville Office
Board Certified, American Academy of Sleep Medicine
Dr. Lee is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Berea College, completing medical school with honors at the University of Kentucky. He completed his training at the University of Cincinnati in Internal Medicine, Washington University in Neurology and finally at Stanford School of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Lee has affliations with the North Carolina Medical Society, American Academy of Neurology, American College of Physicians and American Sleep Disorder Association.
Dr. Lee welcomes patients at our Fayetteville, NC office ages 5 and older.
John W. Gibbs III, M.D., Ph.D.,
Board Certified, American Academy of Sleep Medicine
Dr. Gibbs is a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Gibbs completed his residency in Neurology and Fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology, Sleep Disorders and Epilepsy at Duke University. He is a board certified sleep physician by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine as well as being certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Gibbs welcomes patients ages 16 and older at our Fayetteville, NC office.
Rukimini Menon, M.D.
Board Eligible, American Academy of Sleep Medicine
Dr. Menon received her medical education in India. she completed an Internal Medicine internship at the Graduate Hospital of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Subsequently, Dr. Menon completed her neuroolgy residency and fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC.
Dr. Menon welcomes new patients ages 16 and older at our Fayetteville, NC office.
